INTERMAS DRAINAGE GEOSYNTHETICS
CAPDRAIN – The new drainage solution for landfill cappings and high drainage applications (up to 3,0 l/ms) at low pressures. Capdrain is a lightweight, high-density polyethylene (HDPE) TRIPLANAR geonet. Capdrain geonets can also be heat laminated with a Polypropylene (PP) geotextile on one or both sides.
TECHDRAIN – The best geonet solution for high pressure applications. Due to its structure, Techdrain geonets and geocomposites are able to provide a high drainage capacity under very high pressures and low gradients even in the long term. Techdrain is used in high performance applications as new cells in landfills or high pressure applications in mining (Tailing dams and waste storage). Techdrain is an HDPE Triplanar geonet with a high compressive strength. Techdrain geonets can also be heat laminated with a Polypropylene (PP) geotextile on one or both sides.
INTERDRAIN – The most adaptable Drainage geonet formed by continuous extrusion of two intersecting high density polyethylene (HDPE) strands to form a high profile, biaxial net structure. The evenly spaced ribs, wich intersect at 60°, keep flow channels open. Interdrain geonets can also be heat laminated with a Polypropylene (PP) geotextile on one or both sides.
VIADRAIN – Range of geocomposites for in-ditch longitudinal drainage. It is made up of a geonet and a non-woven geotextile thermo-bonded on both sides with a bag for the placement of drainage pipes.
TRINTER – Volumetric erosion control mat made from high density polyethylene an designed to control erosion on slope and help the growth of vegetation. It guarantees permanent protection against soil erosion from the moment of its installation and hydroseeding. ** Also available in a flexible geocomposite format made by the erosion control mat TRINTER joined to INTERGRID, a polyester reinforcement geogrid of high tensile strength and low deformation. This open and volumetric structure allows to retain soil layers in slopes offering an increase of the friction angle between the cover soil and the rest of geosynthetics (geomembrane, drainage geocomposite or bentonite clay liner). In addition, the high tensile strength of TRINTER R assure a long term reinforcement of the slope.
INTERGRID – Reinforcement polyester geogrids with a polymeric coating. Used as soil reinforcement as well as in mechanically stabilized earth walls.
