| 5. SCOPE OF CONSTRUCTION QUALITY ASSURANCE The scope of this CQA Plan includes the CQA applicable to; review of project documents; resin manufacturing; geomembrane manufacturing; transportation and handling; condition of subgrade; and, installation, testing, and covering of the HDPE geomembranes (and other geosynthetics) with the first layer of soil. This CQA Plan does not directly address the complete liner system, development of project specifications, or selection of geomembrane, and the installation of other geosynthetics such as geotextiles, geonets, and geogrids.
