14. CQA FINAL REPORT
The CQA Final Report will be submitted by the CQA Consultant
to the Owner within 20 days of completion of installation of the
lining system.
14.1 CQA Final Report Contents
At a minimum the CQA Final Report will contain the
following information:
- An outline of the project
- A description of the lining/system
- Reference to the CQA Plan and other documents used
- Geomembrane and other geosynthetics specifications
- A summary of on-site CQA activities and quantities (samples,
failing results)
- A photographic record of construction
- Manufacturer/Installer Compliance Agreement
- HDPE resin QC certificates
- Geomembrane QC certificates
- Subgrade acceptance certificates
- Copies of all logs
- All test results
- Discussion of problems and solutions
- Record drawings
- Certification statement
14.2 Record drawings
The record drawings will show:
- The locations of all geomembrane seams and the types of seams
- Geomembrane panel and roll numbers, and geomembrane type
- The locations of all geomembrane repairs and the types of repairs
- Toes of slopes
- Crests of slopes
- Locations of anchor trenches
- Locations and numbers of geomembrane destructive test sample
sites.
