Title: HDPE Geomembrane CQA Plan
(Construction Quality Assurance)

This "CQA Plan" for HDPE geomembranes was originally prepared for those projects in which the project specifications were inadequate so therefore also includes project specifications. It will shortly be divided into separate project specifications and a CQA Plan. Note that the objective of CQA is to ensure that the liner is built according to the project specifications, with the best possible workmanship, and within the constraints of the budget and schedule. CQA does NOT ensure a perfect lining system. If the liner is poorly designed, CQA will ensure that that poorly designed liner is installed. CQA should contribute positively to the quality of the lining system, it should not be only a glorified data collection system. This CQA Plan is ready for immediate use. It just requires a few project specific details to be added. Text (that can be erased) provides some guidance on the project specific information required.
