EDUCATION: BS degree with 10+ years experience in a geotechnical field (P.E. or P.G. designation a plus) or a BA degree with 10+ years experience in association management supporting a technical program or specialty institute (CAE designation a plus)

Responsibilities include: managing overall operations of the Institute; developing staff; establishing budgets; developing and implementing programs in conjunction with institute leadership – i.e. conferences, publications, and standards; managing technical, educational, professional and standards activities; developing and implementing strategic plan with Board of Governors’ approval; facilitating committee work in those areas; and networking with other similarly aligned organizations and identifying opportunities to partner with them. Ideal candidates will have BS degree with 10+ years experience in a geotechnical field (P.E. or P.G. designation a plus) or a BA degree with 10+ years experience in association management supporting a technical program or specialty institute (CAE designation a plus).

The Region Engineer (RE) will act as the technical expert and representative with regard to TenCate Geosynthetics' products and services. RE will typically be assigned to support TCG sales regions. RE will work with Region Managers to develop and implement a plan to market TCG products to the specifying community. Will routinely conduct presentations for technical audiences in private and public engineering firms, at industry trade shows and to the distributor network.

TenCate Geosynthetics North America provides innovative industrial textile products and knowledge to the geosynthetic segement of the construction industry, and to niche markets where we can leverage our technological competencies, throughout the Americas. We do this by processing synthetic raw materials into reliable, quality textiles which improve customers' performance.

REQUIREMENTS: BS Engineerting, Lisc. PE 3-5 years related experience Knowledge of Tencate Geosynthetics product technology
