American Exploration & Mining Association Annual Meeting 2017 @ Nugget Casino Resort

The American Exploration & Mining Association’s Annual Meeting and Exposition, held the first week of December, is the preeminent and second-largest annual mining convention in the United States. AMEA’s convention consists of short courses, technical, legislative and policy sessions, and a 250 booth trade exposition. Sessions emphasize mineral deposits, exploration and development, operations, business and finance, environmental technology, regulation and policy and legislative affairs. The meeting has been held every year since 1895, and attracts more than 2,500 attendees from all over the world.
