Quality Assurance
Strict quality control of incoming raw materials and factory production of geomembranes ensures the continuous production of high quality Agru America products. All Agru America geomembranes are manufactured to meet or exceed the test values, frequency of testing and functional requirements of the Geosynthetic Institute Specifications GRI GM 13 (HDPE) and GRI GM 17 (LLDPE) protocol.

Installation
Highest quality installation of Agru America’s smooth or structured geomembranes is of paramount importance to provide the project owner the level of security the containment requires. Welding on site is performed by experienced installation contractors using hot wedge and extrusion welding machines in accordance with established installation and quality control procedures. We have supplied a list of installation contractors and our quality control guidelines.

Technical Support

Piping & Fittings
Agru’s range of high quality piping and fittings for water, gas, sewage, chemical products, drainage and geomembrane systems produced in Austria and the USA have been supplied to over 80 countries since 1966. Representative products can be found in pipes and fittings.

Agru America Inc., is the only U.S. Manufacturer using the flat die extrusion calendered process to produce structured geomembranes for the U.S. and International civil/environmental market.

Our state-of-the-art products include Smooth, Micro Spike® (structured textured products) Super Gripnet® and Drain Liner™ in both LLDPE and HDPE. Our geonet and geocomposite products are designed to meet all drainage needs and gas venting. HDPE and PP concrete protection liners as well as a range of pipe and pipe fittings are also produced. RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT

Agru America is the only U.S. Manufacturer using the flat die, extrusion calendered process to produce structured HDPE and LLDPE geomembranes with integral surface drainage structures and consistant texture or embossed profiles.

Ongoing research and development has resulted in a variety of unique products meeting the needs of geotechnical engineers including smooth and textured “Micro Spike® Liner”, and drainage stud liner “Drain Liner™” for double-lined landfills, heap leach pads and lagoons. A combination drainage stud liner/cone grip liner “Super Gripnet® Liner” for composite liner design on caps and closures. All of these products are manufactured using both HDPE and LLDPE high quality resin. Many of these geomembrane types have resulted in patents specific to Agru America products.
