Company Information

BTL has provided top-quality pond and lake liner products direct to consumers for 25 years. We manufacture only the strongest, most UV resistant liners in the country for years and years of dependable, trouble-free service with our PPL-24® liner leading the way. Our liners are fish and plant safe and are warranted for up to 20 years of normal use and cost $.39 a square foot or less fabricated into custom liner panels. We do not tell you the size of your liner, you tell us. Our liners are wonderful for many water conservation applications as well.

BTL was founded in 1981 in Bend, Oregon with its primary focus on the fabrication and sales of lining products to agricultural water users, industrial, construction and government agencies in the Pacific Northwest while providing the highest of standards in customer service in the liner industry. 25 Years later BTL has grown to be a leading supplier of products nationwide and still holds true to having the highest standards in customer service that began 25 years ago.

To: All Bend Tarp Liner Customers & Suppliers

Dear Loyal Customers and Suppliers,

Well, it seems like only yesterday that we announced our move to our new 30,000 square foot facility in Bend. Well once again we have moved to our new (permanent?) facility.

Our new expanded facility is a combined 83,300 square feet of office and manufacturing space in a brand new industrial park located in Prineville Oregon. Our new facility will give us the ability to greatly increase our capacity for fabrication and storage while maintaining our fast and efficient turnaround times. The additional space will allow us to produce liner panels up to 500 feet long, with single panels of our flagship product, PPL-24, available up to a total of 65,000+/- square feet. This facility and land will now afford us abundant room to grow with the exciting future of Bend Tarp & Liner and we are definitely looking forward to the additional space and all of the benefits that the space will afford us.

In addition to the move to our new facility, we are also proud to announce another change to Bend Tarp & Liner. As many of you have probably already noticed, we are making a change to our name. The logo has been a successful mainstay of our company image and marketing efforts for some time now. With the success of this logo, we are making a change to our corporate presentation to you, our customers, by incorporating two new companies, BTL Sales, Inc. and BTL Lining, Inc. into our business model. Currently and in the future, you will be receiving invoices\POs from either or both of these two new companies, depending on our type of service to you and your location.

We have also changed our operational hours to help better serve our nationwide service area. The new hours are as follows:

Manufacturing: 7:00 am to 3:30pm pacific time Monday thru Friday
Office: 7:00 am to 4:30pm pacific time Monday thru Friday
